Making a data rights request

Email us at info@southwestecoenergy.co.uk with enough detail for us to understand the request and identify the relevant information. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before responding.

We respond without undue delay and, where required by law, within one month. If a request is complex or you have made several requests, we may extend this period as permitted by law and will let you know.

There is usually no charge for a request. We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on a request where it is manifestly unfounded or excessive, as allowed by law.
